General

IIP Pump is an OEM product designed specifically for manufacturers who want to use it with their new continuous freezers for optimal production stability and pump quality. The recommended interval between the renovations of the pump is typically 15-20,000 production hours depending on the production ingredients. During the renovation the worn out chrome layer inside the pump house is cleaned away and replaced with a new layer. All the interior parts, seals and bushings are replaced and finally an exterior treatment of the pump ensures that it appears as new. Before the pump is returned to the client it undergoes a two-hour stress test on our test rig to ensure that the pump functions optimally after the renovation.
